Your collection
A record of what you own, that you carry.
Your own verifiable, portable inventory, independent of any brand's app. Keep it for insurance, resale, estate, and authentication. Add anything you own; if an item is registered with Colophon, its portable identity and tamper-evident record travel with it. It is a record you own, not a certificate of authenticity, and values are your own estimates, not appraisals.

This is a portable, verifiable record you own, never a certificate of authenticity. Any value you enter is your own figure or estimate, not an appraisal. For a registered item, the verifiable part is the object's identity and tamper-evident record, resolvable through its passport.
Your Atelier instruments
Follow the objects, houses and materials you are watching, and pull the Spectacle Ledger in batch. These are part of Atelier.

The Spectacle Ledger
The whole of Under the Price, retail against make-cost, as a CSV you can open in a spreadsheet. Every row carries the evidence-not-certification note with it.
Read the record more closely.
Instruments that work over the Collection's own corpus and your own objects. Each shows its working and reports counts and matches, not a verdict.
Text analysis Custodian
Term frequency, adjacent-word collocations, and a within-text distribution over a study in the corpus or text you paste. Every figure is a count over the input.
Text analysis opens with Custodian.
Provenance trace Custodian
The material an object names, that material's public trade classification, and the sources its record carries. Evidence about the material, not a finding about the object.
Provenance tracing opens with Custodian.
Reconcile a name Atelier
Ranked candidate matches for a name or entity, from the Collection's own corpus and, when reachable, the public Wikidata service. Candidates are records we hold, never invented.
Reconciliation is part of Atelier.
Export a citation Atelier
A corpus record's citation as BibTeX, RIS, or Obsidian markdown, from the record's own metadata. Fields the record does not carry are left out, never filled in.
Citation export is part of Atelier.
